This panel examines the underlying Oneness of all from several different faiths and traditions and offers examples of how individuals come to this realization through contemplative practices, such as meditation and prayer.

Sufism is trans-historical, transcending historical boundaries, and Sufism is a trans-religious and thereby adopts a broader view than a limited religious identity. Sufism respects all religions, all faiths and belief systems which ultimately leads to unity without and unity within.

Hazrat Inayat Khan: The mystic says the explanation of the whole of religion is the investigation of the self. The more one explores oneself, the more one will understand all religions in the fullest light and all will become clear. Sufism is only a light thrown upon your own religion, like a light brought into a room containing all the things you want; the one thing needed was light.

The trees joyously wave their branches in rhythm with the wind; the sound of the sea, the murmuring of the breeze, the whistling of the wind through the rocks, hills and mountains, the flash of the lightning, and the crash of the thunder, the harmony of the sun and moon, the movements of the stars and planets, the blooming of the flower, the fading of the leaf, the regular alternation of morning, evening, noon and night - all reveal to the seer the music of nature. – The breath is what connects us with God, and the breath connects us also with manifestation.
